McKenna Park Joins Paulsen Gilgan as Associate Attorney
Sherwood, Oregon – February 9, 2026 – Paulsen Gilgan is pleased to welcome McKenna Park as an Associate Attorney, further strengthening the firm's family law practice.
McKenna brings a strong and well-rounded legal background to the firm, having begun her career in Portland practicing intellectual property law, where she represented individuals and businesses in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and strategic counseling. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to manage complex legal issues translate seamlessly to family law matters.
Her practice focuses on divorce, custody and parenting time. During law school, McKenna gained substantial family law experience through judicial externships and law clerk positions, working directly on custody, parenting time, and domestic relations cases. She also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children in the foster care system and deepening her understanding of the real-world impact of family law decisions.

McKenna earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and News Media, graduating with honors. Originally from Utah, she now calls Oregon home and values community involvement, public service, and time with family and friends.
