The Job:
We're looking for a Family Law Associate with 3 to 10 years of family law experience who's ready to hit the ground running. You should know your way around a courtroom, be able to draft like a pro, and enjoy being part of a team that works hard and actually gets along.

- Can juggle court deadlines, client calls, and the occasional team GIF war
- Know how to run a case from start to finish with staff
- Can handle conflict with grace, grit, and professionalism
- Want to be mentored as you grow into your own version of attorney
- Believe in accountability, integrity, and occasionally laughing at lawyer memes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Oregon bar license (active and in good standing)
- 3 to 10 years of family law experience, perferably in Oregon
- Excellent writer, confident speaker, and solid negotiator
- Able to manage your own caseload while working well with our team of paralegals, staff, and fellow attorneys
- Sense of humor required
