Barry Fifth-Lince Joins Paulsen Gilgan as Associate Attorney

Barry brings a well-rounded legal background to the firm, having earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he served on the Mock Trial Board. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2018.
His practice focuses on divorce, custody, and guardianship matters. Barry is known for thorough preparation and effective advocacy, consistently working to achieve practical outcomes whether through negotiation or litigation. He also serves as a Child Advocate Attorney with the Children's Representation Project, representing children in cases involving domestic violence and substance abuse. This work has deepened his understanding of how courts evaluate complex family dynamics and speaks to his commitment to protecting those most affected by family law decisions.
