Business Operations
Liz works in Operations at Paulsen Gilgan, where she works closely with the managing partner to oversee the firm's daily functions and long-term growth. She brings a wealth of experience in operations, marketing, and leadership, having served as Director of Operations for various startups, and in business development roles supporting Fortune 500 companies. Liz also spent more than a decade coaching collegiate softball, leading Pacific University to one of the most successful seasons in program history.
At Paulsen Gilgan, Liz plays a central role in hiring, process improvements, and strategic planning that enhances the firm's efficiency and client service. She is known for her energy, attention to detail, and ability to balance complex projects with a collaborative, team-first approach. Her career reflects a commitment to growth, whether in athletics, business, or firm operations, and she continues to thrive in fast-paced environments where leadership and innovation are key.
Liz earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and her Master of Business Administration from Willamette University, where she was a four-year student-athlete. A dedicated wife and mother, she loves spending time with her husband and their two boys. Outside of work, Liz enjoys volunteering, reading, and staying connected to her athletic roots with her kids.
