Managing Partner
Lee joined Paulsen Gilgan & Cottle in 2024 as the Managing Partner. Prior to joining the firm, Lee practiced law at some of the largest law firms in Oregon, including Stoel Rives LLP and Tonkon Torp LLP. He has experience with business and corporate law with particular attention to family-owned businesses. Lee graduated magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law.
Lee's practice focuses primarily on estate planning and small businesses. He serves businesses to assist with day-to-day contract review and preparation, employee matters, purchases and sales of businesses and assets, and various other business needs. Lee prepares estate plans for individuals and families and has a passion for making estate planning available to as many people as possible.
Lee was born and raised in Sherwood, Oregon. In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, playing recreational sports, and serving his community. Lee volunteers for his church, as an alumnus of his high school, and as a City Councilor for the City of Lafayette since 2020. Prior to serving as a City Councilor, Lee was a City Planning Commissioner.
