What You'll Do

As our next Paralegal, you'll play a key role in keeping our cases—and our attorneys—on track. Your day-to-day work will be meaningful, varied, and full of opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and court filings
• Organize and maintain paper and digital case files
• Draft pleadings and legal documents
• Communicate with clients and other law firms
• Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines
• Support attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings

Qualifications:

• Experience in Law (3 years) - Family Law a bonus!
• Prior experience in a legal office setting
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of court procedures
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Location Requirement

This position is in-person at our recently renovated office in Sherwood, Oregon. Candidates must be able to relocate or reliably commute prior to their start date.
