Senior Counsel
Mark was the founding lawyer of Mark O. Cottle, P.C., which eventually came to be known as Paulsen Gilgan & Cottle; Oregon Family Law. With more than 30 years of experience practicing law, Mark focuses on family law matters including divorce and custody cases. He earned is law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
Mark has served his community as a city councilor, planning commissioner, and mayor. A lifelong Oregonian, Mark and his wife enjoy spending time with their four children and numerous grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors, including bicycling and hiking.
