Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will excel in both client-facing interactions and administrative tasks, including answering phones, and managing appointments. Responsibilities include:

Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Take messages and relay them to the appropriate staff members.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, consults, and attorneys. Maintain the office calendar.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, taking client payments and managing office supplies and do so in a timely manner.

Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Ensure they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate area.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Teamwork: Can help where needed and complete other duties as assigned in a team environment.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Experience in a legal setting is a plus but not required.

Skills: Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
