Dustin joined Paulsen Gilgan & Cottle in 2023, He has working in family law for several years including a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Kathryn Villa-Smith, a Multnomah County Family Law Judge. As a result of his work with the court, he possesses an intimate knowledge of court procedure and a more in-depth view of court decision-making processes. Dustin earned his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Dustin's practice focuses primarily on family law including divorce, parenting time, custody, and modifications. He works hard to find cost effective solutions in the best interests of his clients, whether or not court is required.
Dustin was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and traveling to new places.
